The sun gave a warm glow to some of the most precious vines in California, those which safely sit between the sheltering protection of the Vaca and Mayacamas mountains in the historic wine region of Napa Valley. It was planted with wine grapes over 150 years ago and would eventually be called To Kalon, the Greek name for the ‘highest beauty’.
