Beckstoffer purchases Vinifera Development Corporation, assuming ownership of Melrose Vineyard and the lease of Carneros Creek Vineyards in the Napa Valley, and Ukiah Vineyard in Mendocino, as part of the sale. Under his full ownership, he names the company Beckstoffer Vineyards.
