ANDY BECKSTOFFER, CHAIRMAN & CEO

With a respect for the land, its product and the people who are Beckstoffer Vineyards’ heart and soul, Andy’s mission is to produce the highest quality super-premium and premium wine grapes in Northern California that form the foundation for exceptional wines. As a founding member of the Napa Valley Grapegrowers Association in 1975, Andy Beckstoffer brought sophisticated business principals to the grape growing industry and renewed social, political, and economic respect for the grape grower. Today, Andy remains an outstanding advocate and active leader in the industry’s growth and sustainability.

BRIAN HILLIARD, PRESIDENT & COO

Brian Hilliard’s career in wine spans over 25 years including leadership roles at Jackson Family Wines as well as Terlato Wine Group, Treasury Wine Estates and Constellation Brands. Throughout his career, Brian has combined his expertise in vineyards and winemaking with customer engagement and brings a unique insight to general management, business development, brand and communications management as well as DTC and commercial sales.

Brian has participated in industry AVA committees and boards in Napa and Sonoma Counties. He has been a guest lecturer at Sonoma State’s Executive Wine MBA program and a participant on several industry panels.

FARMING SERVICES COMPANY

DAVE MICHUL, PRESIDENT & COO

Dave Michul, President and Chief Operating Officer, Beckstoffer Farming Services Company, has been an integral part of the Beckstoffer team since 1997. Today, Beckstoffer Farming Services oversees all viticulture operations, vineyard planning, development, grape contracts and overall farm management for Beckstoffer Vineyards in Napa, Mendocino, and the Red Hills of Lake County.

He is a current director on the Board for the California Association of Wine Grape Growers and a current member of Napa Valley Grape Growers Association and the Napa Valley Farm Bureau. He has been a past member of the American Society of Enology and Viticulture, Napa Valley Viticultural Technical Group, and the California Wine Grape Inspection Advisory Board.
