Based on this preliminary blend, Tor's 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer To Kalon looks to be another fine example from this rock-star vineyard. Mixed cherries and dried spices mingle easily on the nose, which seems a bit more dusty-earthy rather than loamy this vintage. Full-bodied, with a silky mouthfeel and fine-grained tannins, it should be approachable within a few years.
