The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard is another wine from Hoefliger that perfectly shows its terroirs. Sexy red, blue, and black fruits, violets, flowery incense, and smoked tobacco are just some of the nuances here, and it's medium to full-bodied, has a pure, layered, elegant mouthfeel, and velvety tannins. This superb, decadent, hedonistic effort will evolve for two decades if well stored.
