Revana's 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer To Kalon comes from block A2A, but that will change going forward. Scents of cherries, dusty earth and dried spices offer plenty of complexity on the nose and even include a hint of green coffee beans. In the mouth, it's full-bodied, lush, silky and elegant. It's a strong effort, but future versions should be even better as the sourcing within To Kalon improves. – JC
