A brilliant bottle of wine in the making, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Georges III Vineyard comes from a historic valley floor site and is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon that's still aging in 90% new barrels. Ripe blue fruits, tobacco leaf, chocolate, and gravelly earth are just some of its nuances, and it hits the palate with full-bodied richness, building tannins, and a great finish. It's a serious bottle of wine that will warrant a minimum 4-5 years of bottle age. – JD
