The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Missouri Hopper Vineyard is ripe and up front, with a plush core of fruit that covers some solid underlying tannins. With beautiful cassis and black raspberry fruit, some spicy oak, loamy earth, and dried flower aromatics, medium to full body, and a pleasure-bent style, this beauty is perfect for drinking any time over the coming 15 years or so. – JD
The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Missouri Hopper is a limited production (75 cases) of stunning wine, purchased from another winery to bottle under this label. Fine, harmonious notes of cool mint, ripe cherries and dusty earth appear on the nose, while the full-bodied palate is richly textured, showing ample concentration, ripe tannins and terrific length. Future vintages will utilize the same fruit, but it will be vinified by the Flora Springs team. – JC
