From Beckstoffer Missouri Hopper from the C Block. With the 2021 vintage, the vines are nine years old. At the pull of the cork, the C Block Cabernet checks all the boxes. Floral-driven, with dried lavender, cherry blossoms, sweet toffee spices, and impressive power and richness on top of all the fine Oakville tannin structure. Candied fruit and cherry cola with blood orange citrus with crushed cocoa nibs are framed by the seamless integration of focused, elongated tannins.
