There are 122 cases of the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Las Piedras, scheduled for release in Fall 2024. Scents of crushed stone and pencil shavings join cherries and dried sage on the nose, while the full-bodied palate is expansive and rich, concentrated and nicely textured, with a long, layered finish that hints at dark chocolate and espresso. – JC

Lush, forward and seductive in feel, with creamy notes of mulberry, blackberry and plum sauce that glide over a polished, fine-grained structure. Offers melted licorice and fruitcake accents alongside a flash of iris on the finish. Makes the stylistic choice to maximize fruit while sacrificing some form and tension.
