The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Georges III Vineyard comes from deeper, well-drained soils in the A1A Block of this larger vineyard, from 30+-year-old vines. It has wonderful purity and balance as well as full-bodied aromas and flavors of red and black fruits, new leather, savory herbs, and hints of coffee beans. It’s silky, has ripe, polished tannins, and is just a classic, impressive 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon to enjoy over the coming two decades. – JD
