From one of Beckstoffer’s most famous sites, this delivers structured elegance around a wall of powerful concentration and intensity. Dried herb, cedar and crisp red fruit overlay a grip of thick tannin and toasted oak, ending in clove, black pepper and crushed rock. Enjoy 2029-2034. Cellar Selection.
The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Nomad Beckstoffer Las Piedras Vineyard offers more red fruits (there are some blacker fruits as well) to go with more savory, leather, baking spice, chocolate, and loamy soil notes. On the palate, it’s full-bodied and concentrated, yet manages to stays beautifully balanced and light on its feet, with great tannins. It’s a beautiful, classic Las Piedras to enjoy over the coming 20+ years as well.
