Ripe and broad, with a wave of creamed plum and crushed boysenberry fruit coated with black licorice and backed by a swath of dark toast on the finish. A late flicker of sassafras gives this some needed energy. For fans of the hefty style. Best from 2023 through 2034. 100 cases made. – JM
