The quietly brooding aspect to this impressive wine should mean more development and complexity over time. Deep blueberry and dark chocolate aromas lead to concentrated but rather tight black currant and blueberry flavors lightly accented by toast, cinnamon and mint. Best from 2028-2038. –J.G.
