A barrel sample, the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Missouri Hopper Vineyard is deep purple-black colored and offers exuberant scents of warm cassis, black cherry compote and chocolate mint with suggestions of blueberry pie, Indian spices and tapenade. The palate is full-bodied, rich, spicy and velvety with just enough freshness, finishing long and earthy. – LPB
