A barrel sample, the 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Heritage Selection is deep purple-black in color and sings of black cherries, warm plums, mulberries and kirsch with nuances of chocolate box, tilled soil and potpourri. The palate is full-bodied, rich and decadently fruit with a firm frame of grainy tannins and seamless freshness, finishing long with loads of exotic spices coming through. – LPB
