The 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard (100% Cabernet) has a deep garnet-purple color and hits the ground running with gregarious black plum preserves, crème de cassis, tilled soil, Indian spices and potpourri notes with touches of tilled soil and tree bark. Full-bodied, rich and laden with decadent black fruit preserves flavors, it is textured with gorgeous, plush tannins and fantastic freshness, finishing long and spicy. 470 cases produced. – LPB
