The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Missouri Hopper comes from a terrific valley floor site in Oakville. Black cherry, graphite, oak, lead pencil and a hint of tobacco leaf all emerge from this deep, beautifully concentrated, balanced beauty that shows the purity of the 2015 vintage. It’s a gorgeous wine and is loaded with potential. – JD
