Deep purple-black in color, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Nomad Beckstoffer Las Piedras Vineyard has a pronounced crème de cassis, blackberry pie and blueberry compote-scented nose with hints of raisin cake, Marmite toast, salami, chocolate box and bay leaves plus a hint of roses. Full-bodied, rich and decadent in the mouth, there is a touch of dried fruit character complementing the savory notions, with chewy tannins and great length.
