Very deep inky-purple in color, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer To Kalon The G T O gives up pronounced red and black currants notes, black cherries and wild blueberries with touches of underbrush, black olives and lavender plus a waft of cloves. Full-bodied, rich and decadent in the mouth, it reveals layers of red and black fruits with loads of earth and savory nuances, framed by firm, finely grained tannins and plenty of vivacity, finishing long and spicy. Totally tempting to drink this right now but you will be rewarded handsomely if you wait 3-5 years and drink it over the next 20+. – LPB
