I saw three 2015s, which won’t be bottled until the beginning of 2018, so I will keep my notes short. The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Missouri Hopper Vineyard shows enormous fruit extract, hints of minerality, licorice and graphite, but dense, concentrated, thick and unctuously textured fruit. This is going to be a killer wine for sure, but it is extremely young and oh so promising.-RP B Cellars is a high-quality producer that makes a relatively large range of wines utilizing some of the top single, first-growth vineyards in Napa while also producing enticing and creative less-expensive blended wines. Kudos to B Cellars. This is a winery that has clearly jumped into the upper echelon of Napa producers and merits very serious attention from Wine Advocate subscribers.
