Black/purple in color, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Georges III Vineyard from Rutherford offers aromas of charcoal, burning embers, roasted meats, blackberry and cassis. 2015's small yields and superconcentrated style are well-displayed in this wine that will be bottled February 1, 2018. It is another killer effort from B Cellars and further evidence that they have raised their game considerably. This looks to be a 25- to 30-year wine and will be approachable in its youth.-RP
