From a great vineyard outside of St. Helena, the 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Nomad Beckstoffer Las Piedras Vineyard is easily the gem in this lineup. Blackcurrants, exotic spices, dried flowers, and hints of earth all flow to a ripe, opulent, incredibly sexy wine that has sweet tannin, terrific mid-palate depth, and a great finish. It plays in the forward style of the 2014 vintage yet is going to keep for two decades given its balance and purity.
