The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Georges III Vineyard barely suffers in comparison to the 2013, even though the vintage tends to produce lighter, less profoundly concentrated wines. This remarkable nose of graphite, licorice, blueberry and blackberry fruit, a touch of background oak, a full-bodied opulence and staggering richness make for what should be one of the truly profound 2014s. This should drink well for 20 or more years. Who is Sarah Francis? It's about time we all found out. -RP
