Kirk Venge blends this from three sites, the One Vineyard in St. Helena, Beckstoffer’s George III Vineyard in Rutherford and a small portion from Keenan on Spring Mountain. The wine starts off tight and firm, its dark mineral tannins yielding red fruit brightness as its flavors develop in the glass. Juicy and clean, this has a long life ahead.
