The 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard displays considerable amounts of toasty new oak, but given its concentration, that will undoubtedly be absorbed into the wine with 2-3 years of aging. While more backward and bigger than the 2006, I expected more personality and complexity from such an extraordinary site
