Beckstoffer's To Kalon Vineyard produces rich cabernet, here fashioned by Tom Rinaldi into a smooth black wine dressed up in the contemporary Oakville style. The dark richness of the wine would be delicious with thick-cut lamb chops. (W&S, 2/10; 1,097 cases) Provenance Vineyards, Napa, CA
