Another excellent effort, the 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Missouri Hopper is not as explosively fruity as the To Kalon, and plays it closer to the vest. Concentrated and medium to full-bodied with silky tannins, plenty of blue, red and black fruits, and good overall equilibrium, it should drink well for 10-12+ years. - RP
