From a site that knocked it out of the park in 2016, the 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer To Kalon is all Cabernet that spent 18 months in new French oak. It offers a layered, multi-dimensional, full-bodied style as well as loads of blackberry and blueberry fruits, licorice, graphite, and incense aromas, sweet, sweet tannins, and a weightless texture. It's a thrilling, incredibly sexy Cabernet Sauvignon that will drink nicely for 15-20 years. – JD
