The 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard (a fabulous site from which numerous outstanding wines have emerged) offers classic notes of crème de cassis, cedarwood, fruitcake, and spice box as well as gorgeous fruit, a full-bodied mouthfeel, velvety tannins, and a 45-second finish. This sensational offering is clearly the finest of this Cabernet trio. Drink it over the next two decades. Production for these cuvees ranges from a low of 160 cases to a high of 400 cases.
