2015 Quivet Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon
Beckstoffer Las Piedras Vineyard
The Wine Advocate 93-95 Points
December 2016

The 2015s follow the same pattern as Quivet Cellars' 2014s, with incredibly rich, sweet fruit and the superstar of the lineup, the 2015 Beckstoffer Las Piedras. However, all are outstanding with perhaps the Pellet Vineyard the most restrained and least expressive of these three exceptional Cabernet Sauvignons.

All from clone 4, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Las Piedras is another inky colored beauty that gives up killer notes of cassis, black raspberries, vanilla, white chocolate and flowers. It's a big, heavenly beauty that has polished tannin, notable purity and freshness, and building tannin. Hello Beautiful!

Aromas of savory dried herb, cedar and dark berry turn trim and taut on the palate, making this a worthy cellar candidate. Best from 2020 through 2030. 275 cases made.
