I absolutely loved all these latest releases from the Bure Family, who have none other than Benoit Touquette making the wines. The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Duration Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard is brilliant, with ripe black fruit, tobacco, chocolate, and incense notes that blossom with air. Full-bodied and powerful, it has a stunning mid-palate and about as much sex appeal as is possible. I finished my note with "just awesome." Drink bottles over the coming two decades. Wow. – JD
