The 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer To Kalon (100% Cabernet) has a deep garnet-purple color and wonderfully savory/earthy nose of tapenade, smoked meats, tilled soil and underbrush over a core of chocolatecovered cherries, mulberries, plum preserves and cassis plus a touch of pencil lead. Full, rich and decadent, it has a firm yet plush frame and seamless freshness supporting the generous fruit, finishing with epic length and depth. 60 cases were made. – LPB
